Payment
If you decide to place an order you can choose to transfer the money with your bank account, as soon as the order is placed you receive an e-mail with all the information such as the amount of your order and the international bank account number.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal, you can then pay directly. Please keep in mind that this will bring extra costs. With every transaction there is a small fee of € 0,35 and an extra of 3,4% of the total amount.
Shipping
I ship my monsters worldwide.
When the payment is received I will ship your package within 3 days and send you a notification that helds the track&trace code.
Costs for shipping within the Netherlands are €4,25 for a small package and €6,95 for bigger parcels and will be shipped with track&trace.
The costs for shipping outside the Netherlands but within Europe (depending to which country) start at €10,00 for a small package that fits in your mailbox and €12,00 for bigger parcels.
For shipping outside Europe (depending to which country) costs start at €14,00 for a mailbox package and €25,00 for bigger parcels. I always ship with track&trace and insurance so you can follow your parcel online.
If you order from outside Europe, please also note that for some countries (such as England) customs clearance costs apply.
Items are always well wrapped and packed in firm boxes so they can reach their new homes in good condition. I try to recycle packaging material and boxes as much as possible, so you will find newspapers, previously used filling and such in my parcels.
Shipping note to UK based Customers
As the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs are likely to be charged when you purchase from my shop. Unfortunately, I can't include this in the shipping fees. Your local mail company will charge the fee when applicable. For more info about international shipping to the UK, visit this page
Colors and sizes
Please keep in mind that the colors on screen may differ from the actual object.
Pay attention to the sizes, objects can look bigger in a photo than real life.
The sizes are mentioned in the description with every object.
If you want to know more about a certain object or you want to see more pictures, feel free to ask.
Time for reflection
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your sample. If you return the entire order, you will be credited the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for the account of the customer. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the sample will be returned to Mierpapier with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. I will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned.
I recommend that you first report complaints to me by emailing: info@mierpaper.nl
As of February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found here. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
